- Hardening and narrowing of the arteries due to plaque buildup on the vessel walls. — Atherosclerosis
- Inflammation of the bronchial tubes, often causing coughing and mucus production. — Bronchitis
- Infection that inflames the air sacs in one or both lungs, which may fill with fluid. — Pneumonia
